  Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice.
  All trading decisions are made solely by you.

• HGX Trading does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data.

• Your use of third-party links, tools, and information is at your own risk.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

HGX Trading may suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.

10. Limitation of Liability

• HGX Trading is not responsible for losses due to system outages, data errors, third-party failures, or unauthorized account access.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to stop using it.
